Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy. Please read this carefully. 

If you cancel 7 or more days before the start of our course you can receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel between 2 days and 7 days before the start of our course you can receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours remaining before the start of your program, no refund available.

Missed Classes Policy

The English Confidence Makeover Program runs for 6 consecutive weeks. 

Your class is on the same day, at the same time every week.

Please mark your calendar and set a reminder to attend every class. It is your responsibility to remember to attend.

If you miss a class, it is important to note:

1. We do not offer ‘make-up’ sessions, nor do we offer compensation for missed classes. The value that you are paying for is delivered to you in class.

2. We can not provide you with a recording of the classes you miss because the classes are practical and focus on your live participation in real discussions.

3. Your coach will send you the workbook or any materials from the class so that you can catch up on what you missed in your own time.
