Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy

If you cancel 7 or more days before the start of our course you can choose to reserve a place in a future Level Up! Program at no additional cost or receive a 100% refund .

If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) before the start of our course you can choose to reserve a place in a future Level Up! Class at no additional cost or receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel after the start of your course, no refund available.

Missed Classes Policy

The Level Up! Course runs for 8 consecutive weeks. Please mark your calendar and attend every class. 

If you miss a class, it is important to note:

1. We do not offer ‘make-up’ sessions, nor do we offer compensation for missed classes.

2. We can not provide you with a recording of the classes you miss because the classes are practical and focus on your participation in small group discussions.

3. Your coach will send you the workbook or any materials from the class so that you can catch up on what you missed in your own time.
