Your phone holds hundreds of connections. Think beyond close friends. A colleague, someone you haven't spoken to in a while, a woman you met travelling.
Create a post
Write a message on a card and take a picture of yourself holding it. eg. "Now I speak English confidently. Want to know how?" Post in English and your first language.
Record a video
A 60-second video could reach hundreds of people with proof of your results. @Tag us on Insta or Facebook and we can share it for you too!
Message WhatsApp groups
Language groups, Expat Groups, Mothers Groups and others you might be part of. One well written message to the right group could surprise you!
In person? Share your QR code!

Reaching out personally
Reaching out to someone out of the blue can feel strange. Nobody wants to seem pushy.
But think about it this way: You found Hey Lady! and it has had a positive impact on you. And somewhere in your life there is a woman who needs exactly what you found.
Without your help, she might never discover it on her own and never experience the transformation.

Try this simple structure:
1. Say why you thought of her specifically
2. Tell her what Hey Lady! gave you (one sentence)
3. Invite her to try it (no pressure)

1. Describe a specific memory you have of being stuck or struggling with English.
2. Describe what happened after joining Hey Lady! - what changed inside you?
3. Describe one thing you are able to do now, that you could not do before.
Then, say:
